How much do you charge for shipping and handling?  See chart below: 
I looked around for the best deal that I could find.  This is what I pay to ship them.  I do not make any money off of the shipping charges.  Since these are corn heating pads they are heavy and cost a little more to ship.  At this time the USPS gives the best rates.  If you find anything cheaper, let me know.  info@snuggleyheatingpad.com

It looks like the shipping cost to most countries will be $11.00/Snuggley and for Canada and Mexico it is $9.00/1 Large Snuggley or 2 smaller Snuggleys.  This is what I pay to ship them.  I do not make any money off of the shipping charges.

The package I use will fit either one large Snuggley, 2 small Snuggleys, 2 necks Snuggleys, or 1 neck Snuggley and 1 small Snuggley.

This is the best rate that I can find because the large heating pad weigh almost four pounds.  The smaller heating pads weigh almost 2 pounds.

Do you make a removable cover for the Snuggleys?  Yes, the cover is removable.  I sew velcro at the opening so that the corn bag does not slide out of the cover.

Will the corn move around in the corn bag?  It should not.  The large heating pad and the neck heating pad has dividers.  I sew four dividers so the corn does not fall to one side of the heating pad.  But, the small heating pad I do not sew dividers because the corn stays in place with the small.

How long will it take to get my Snuggley?  I like for people to receive their Snuggley within a week of ordering.  Sometimes there are a lot of orders and it may take longer.  Each heating pad is hand made once it is ordered, so that can delay the delivery time.  If you have to have your Snuggley quickly because it is a gift or you are suffering from pain...just let me know and I will do my best to get your order out the next day.

What do the Snuggleys smell like when you heat them up?  This is  the trickiest question of all.  I originally describe the smell and pop corn...but what I have noticed is that everyone has a different opinion, so I will try to put a few of the opinions right here.  I have heard that it smells like corn bread, cooked corn (like how grandma cooked it), and others have described it as an earthly smell.  I tend to lean more to the earthy smell.  The Snuggleys have a very natural, earthy, corn smell.  As one customer told me, the Snuggley reminds her of the spas that she has gone to, very natural.  I hope that helps some.  But, remember, it is still corn and will have a slight corn smell.

The corn smell is a little strong, is there something that I can do?  I had someone make a wonderful suggestion.  She put two dryer sheets in the pillow case of the Snuggley.  I tried it and it worked wonderfully.  That is perfect too, because I do not add any scent to the Snuggleys, it is just corn.  And since there are different scents of dryer sheets...chances are, the dryer sheets that you have is a smell that you like.  So, thank you Jackie for the wonderful suggestion!

Do I have to have a Paypal account to buy a Snuggley?  No, you will go through Paypal, but you do not have to have a Paypal account to buy a Snuggley.  Paypal is my shopping cart, but they do accept payment from non-Paypal members, so you can use your credit card.

Can I reheat my Snuggley up, is it re-usable?  Yes, you can heat your Snuggley up over and over again.

Will the corn spoil over time?  I have not noticed that happening to any of mine yet.  I have some Snuggleys here that are at least 5 years old.  Sometimes the seem has split, so I have looked at the corn.  It is not as pretty as the new corn, but it is not rotten or smell bad.  So, I just sew it back up and use it.  They still heat up.

Would a Snuggley microwave heating pad be something good for fibromyalgia treatment, arthritis treatment, or for back pain relief?  Yes, I have had many people that suffer from fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, or back pain love their Snuggleys.  The moist heat is very soothing for their pain.

Could I use this Snuggley Microwave heating pad for cramps?  Yes, the Snuggley can be used for cramps as well.

I am pregnant and my lower back hurts a lot?  A Snuggley would be wonderful for you as well because the moist heat can help with lower back pain relief.  I used mine through all five of my pregnancies.

If I do not like my Snuggley, can I return it?  Since each Snuggley is made when you order it, these Snuggleys are custom made just for you.  None of these Snuggleys are "pre-made" and just sitting around waiting to be bought.  So, I am sorry, but I do not offer returns, refunds, credits, or exchanges.  All sales are final since this is a custom made item.  Thank you for understanding. 

Also, I give a very good deal on shipping and pay for some of the shipping myself (if you order two or more), you will see that once you try to ship the Snuggley back to me, it is not worth paying the high shipping price to get a refund.  The Snuggleys are heavy and shipping can be rather high.  If you do have a problem with your Snuggley, please do write me back because I might be able to help you with the problem and help you to enjoy your Snuggley.  I want people to love their Snuggleys and I will do my best to help you love it.  Also, I will write back too...I cherish you as a customer and as a friend. :-) 

Where are these Snuggley Microwave Heating Pads made?  They are made in two deep southern states, Alabama and Georgia.

Why are the Snuggley Microwaveable Heating Pads made in two different states?  I grew up in Georgia and my mom always made these "corn pillows" for family and friends.  I got married and moved to Alabama.  I  started to make Snuggleys for friends.  My brother got married and my sister-in-law started to make them as well.  So, I make them in Alabama and my mom and sister-in-law make them in Georgia.

Why are you, your mom, and sister-in-law making these now?  When we saw how much our family and friends enjoyed them, we wanted to share our Snuggley microwave heating pads with other people.
